2. Quotes, Pricing, and Payments

  • All quotes are estimates unless stated otherwise in writing.

  • Pricing may change if the scope of work changes after approval.

  • Design fees, deposits, or full payment may be required before production or installation begins.

  • Payments are due according to the terms stated on the invoice.

  • Failure to make payment may result in delays, cancellation of services, or additional fees.

All sales are final once production has begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Design Proofs and Approvals

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs before production.

  • Approval constitutes acceptance of layout, colors, spelling, and placement.

  • Mac Daddy Graphics LLC is not responsible for errors approved by the client.

  • Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

4. Production, Installation, and Scheduling

  • Production and installation timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Scheduling may be affected by weather, vehicle condition, material availability, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Vehicles must be delivered in clean, working condition unless otherwise agreed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse installation on vehicles with unsafe conditions, severe rust, failing paint, or other issues that may affect adhesion.

5. Vehicle Condition and Liability

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to rust, peeling paint, repainted panels, or body damage.

  • Removal of existing graphics may reveal underlying damage or paint failure.

  • Client acknowledges that vinyl removal can carry inherent risks, especially on older or repainted vehicles.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All original designs created by Mac Daddy Graphics LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the final approved design for its intended purpose.

  • We reserve the right to display completed work for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website

  • Interfere with the Website’s functionality or security

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Mac Daddy Graphics LLC and may not be used without permission.
